The puzzle premise of moving objects around while also affecting other objects that need to be moved around has appeared in so many forms. This game is direct in that you're moving hoops until all the colors are gathered in their perspective places. Some people will try to move their pieces around randomly and can get lucky by ending up with the correct solution and it's possible to do that here. However, you're not being pushed to throw these hoops around haphazardly, you're being presented with a simple puzzle. It only becomes more complex based on the thought that you put into it.
